Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, platform, and community (the "Service"), including any content, tools, community chats, trade journals, checklists, daily bias votes, quizzes, education materials, mentorship features, trade recaps, and other features made available through the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Educational Purpose Only — Not Financial Advice

The Service is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other regulated advice. Any content provided by mentors, administrators, moderators, or community members (including “Louis”) reflects personal opinions and experiences, and may not be suitable for your circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, trade recaps, daily bias votes, education modules, mentorship call recordings and livestreams, psychology resources, quizzes, and any content shared in community chats.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions, and you should consider obtaining advice from a licensed financial adviser before making trading or investment decisions.

2) No Guarantees or Promises of Results

Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee that any strategy, idea, or approach discussed on the Service will be profitable or will avoid losses. You may lose some or all of your capital. You acknowledge that any examples, charts, trade recaps, screenshots, and quiz or education content may be simplified or illustrative.

3) Eligibility and Account Access

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your location) to use the Service. Access to the Service requires authentication via Discord. By logging in, you authorize us to retrieve your Discord user ID, username, and server role information to verify your membership status and determine your access tier.

The Service offers multiple membership tiers (e.g. Member, Course, Premium, Profitable, Mentorship), each with different levels of access to features such as chats, education content, mentorship resources, and quizzes. You must maintain an active eligible membership to retain access to your tier's features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) Community Conduct

You agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

5) Content You Post (User Content)

You may be able to post chat messages, trade reflections, journal entries, checklist items, daily bias votes, quiz responses, reactions, images, or links ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Journal entries you create may optionally be shared via a public link. You are responsible for the content of any shared journal entries. You may delete your own messages and content where the Service provides that functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post (including images). Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, or other rights of others.

6) Mentor/Platform Content and Intellectual Property

The Service includes proprietary content such as mentor notes, posts, trade recaps, trade day writeups, education materials and galleries, mentorship call recordings and livestreams, psychology resources, quiz questions and results, branding, and design ("Platform Content"). Platform Content is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, or create derivative works from Platform Content without prior written consent. This includes screen-recording or redistributing mentorship call recordings, quiz content, or education materials.

7) Moderation and Enforcement

We may moderate the Service to maintain a healthy community. We reserve the right to remove or edit content, restrict posting, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or to protect the community and Service. Moderation actions may include restricting chat access, removing reactions, or revoking membership tier access.

8) Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Discord (for authentication and community features), Supabase (for data storage), and may include links to external websites (e.g. YouTube, brokers, charting platforms). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9) Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, content, and membership tiers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or planned release periods. We may also restrict access during certain periods for operational reasons.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or secure. Quiz results, education content, and any community-generated content (including bias votes and trade recaps) are provided without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes any losses arising from reliance on trade ideas, bias votes, education content, or mentorship guidance provided through the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

13) Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds (if applicable)

The Service may include paid memberships or subscription tiers with different levels of access. Fees and billing terms will be presented at purchase. Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. We may offer discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in immediate suspension of your account and access.

14) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including Terms violations, suspected abuse, or to comply with legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is based (unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law).

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
