These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, platform, and community (the “Service”), including any content, tools, chats, trade journals, checklists, mentor posts, and other features made available through the Service.

Any content provided by mentors, administrators, moderators, or community members (including “Louis”) reflects personal opinions and experiences, and may not be suitable for your circumstances.

2) No Guarantees or Promises of Results

You may lose some or all of your capital. You acknowledge that any examples, charts, trade recaps, and screenshots may be simplified or illustrative.

- Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others.

- Share mentor content outside the Service if it is intended to be private/community-only.
5) Content You Post (User Content)
You may be able to post comments, trade reflections, checklists, images, or links (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post (including images). Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, or other rights of others.
6) Mentor/Platform Content and Intellectual Property
The Service may include proprietary content such as mentor notes, posts, explanations, trade journal writeups, educational materials, branding, and design (“Platform Content”). Platform Content is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, or create derivative works from Platform Content without prior written consent.
7) Moderation and Enforcement
We may moderate the Service to maintain a healthy community. We reserve the right to remove or edit content, restrict posting, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or to protect the community and Service.
8) Third-Party Links and Tools
